As NZ is now in alert level 4, the ep.education team are working from home and our offices are closed.
We have prepared for this and are delivering all our usual services by telephone and online, including by video. This includes teacher interviews, Job Find Assistance for teachers, as well as long-term and permanent recruitment for NZ-based, returning Kiwi and overseas teachers. Our temporary recruitment teams can still be contacted for any short-term staffing needs you may have now or in the future. Any scheduled professional development workshops are still going ahead, but will now take place as a webinar.
EP will work to assist the relief teachers who work with us as much as possible. This support can include working with schools and the MOE to assist with pay issues, and may include supporting any benefit applications. EP teachers can contact your consultant or our team via our normal phone numbers and emails if you have concerns, questions or would just like to check in.
All our usual contact methods should work effectively. However, we know the best laid plans don't always work exactly as thought. If you become aware of an area where communication or transition is not quite right, then please contact our Operations team: 04 910 2211 or email@example.com.
We’re here to support you in this time and we look forward to our continued work together.
